Simon Porter joins The Jonathan Lea Network

We are delighted to announce that Simon Porter, a senior corporate solicitor with over 30 years of experience, has joined the retained team in our Haywards Heath office.

Despite the ongoing economic restrictions imposed by the government and the impact this has had on businesses, our firm has still managed to keep growing and recruiting new team members throughout the year. This latest hire should further enhance our service offering and aid our ambitious growth plans next year.

Simon has a broad array of corporate and commercial legal experience and has spent the last 20 years of his career in private practice focused on SME and small company owner managed clients operating across a variety of industry sectors. He started his career at the pre-eminent City firm Slaughter & May before then working for a few years in-house at Hilton International.

Simon’s particular specialisms are buying and selling companies and businesses, secured lending, corporate reorganisations, commercial contract advice and insolvency and work-out solutions.
