Fiji Sapara joins The Jonathan Lea Network team
We are pleased to announce that Fiji Sapara has joined our retained team at our head office in Haywards Heath as a paralegal.
Fiji is another one of our two-week work experience placement students who impressed us and we are thrilled to offer her a full-time paralegal role. We expect Fiji will play a key role in supporting the whole team and we hope she can stay and develop with us over the long term.
Jonathan, Managing Director of The Jonathan Lea Network, said “I bumped into Fiji the other week when walking to work and after learning that she had decided to postpone the third year of her law degree it immediately occurred to me that offering her a position with us for the rest of the academic year could be a great opportunity.
Most of our recent hires have involved a similar element of serendipity and given our increased rate of growth over the last few months it is now a good time to take on another junior. If things go well then we hope Fiji will re-join us again after eventually finishing her law degree, while we should also be able to also offer some support for the final LPC or SQE exams that are needed before a training contract can be undertaken ”
Fiji said “Joining the Jonathan Lea Network was a very easy decision for me. I had completed work experience here last summer and thoroughly enjoyed the tasks that were assigned to me – they were a perfect combination of legal tasks and others more akin to marketing (which is another passion of mine).
Aside from the work, the office space makes for a really pleasant work environment – the solicitors and paralegals in the central team are kind and amicable, yet admirably professional and efficient. Everyone here is always willing to help with anything I may be unexperienced in or may not understand – I feel as if this is an environment I can really grow in.”
