Our team had a fantastic time on Monday 11th March when Sam Rehan visited our office for a lunchtime wellness session! π We immersed ourselves in 15 minutes of seated laughter yoga, which involved zero yoga postures but plenty of hearty breathwork. The energy in the room was contagious, and everyone left feeling refreshed and revitalised! ππͺ

Not only does it boost mood and relieve stress, but it also enhances circulation, strengthens the immune system, and promotes overall well-being. Plus, it’s fantastic for team bonding and inject some positivity into the day! πβ¨
