JLN Welcomes Two New Team Members To The Head Office In Haywards Heath

What an exciting start to 2023, we are thrilled to have brought onboard two new talented members of staff to our retained team in Haywards Heath.

Liam Mulvee

Liam joins us with 12 years of experience in commercial law, covering a wide range of areas such as mergers and acquisitions, management buy outs, corporate structures, corporate finance and security, shareholder agreements and commercial property matters.

Having worked in the financial industry, Liam went on to train at a commercial law firm in central London. Liam has significant experience acting for buyers and sellers on both acquisitions and disposals of businesses and companies, as well as acting for banks and financial lenders to assist in completing their security requirements in the support of a number of transactions.

We are delighted to welcome him to the team and utilise all of his experience for our new and existing clients.

In his spare time, Liam is a great sports enthusiast and can often be found playing football and golf, or watching a bit of NBA basketball.

Lisa Patten

Lisa recently moved back to Burgess Hill after having lived in Genoa since 2001. Before that she was a solicitor specialising in intellectual property from 1989 to 1995 at Linklaters in the City and in-house at Unilever from 1995 to 2000.

In Italy she raised her son (now at University in Southampton) and worked as an English teacher, copyright infringement enforcement officer, editor and trained Italian law firms in the effective use of business English.

We are delighted to have her with us as she develops her legal career once more back in England.

A fluent Italian speaker, Lisa also enjoys literature, creative writing and poetry, science particularly medicine, nutrition and psychology, walking/cycling, home cooking, gardening, BBC radio 4, friends and family.
