The Jonathan Lea Network Annual Summer Party!

We know it looks and feels a little autumnal out there at the moment, but last week we had our annual Summer party at the stunning Griffin Inn in Fletching! This was a wonderful opportunity to get together as a team for some incredible fine dining, delightful drinks and great conversation. The team enjoyed some beautiful seafood to start, a lot of mouthwatering mains such as steak and curried pie, and the most enormous chocolate torte slices to end the night with. A JLN party wouldn’t be complete without some infamous ‘Baby Guinness’ shots too (with thanks to solicitor Callum Ritchie for introducing these to us some years ago).

Jonathan added “We really like to prioritise team wellbeing at the firm and it is important to me that we schedule in regular times throughout the year to celebrate our successes, enjoy each other’s company in a social setting outside of the firm walls, and further develop team bonding. Nights like these are vital to our company ethos which is all about working with a London vibe, but in this gorgeous Sussex setting. Making the most of amazing venues in Sussex serving beautiful local produce – it makes for a very happy team! A great night was had by all, and we now look forward to our Christmas party in a couple of months time!”
