At The Jonathan Lea Network, we are committed to fostering a positive and supportive work environment. As part of our ongoing well-being initiatives, we recently welcomed Lucy from The Humming Rooms to our office for an engaging breathwork and mindfulness workshop.
During the session, Lucy introduced the team to effective breathing techniques and meditation practices aimed at reducing stress, enhancing sleep, and promoting overall well-being. It was fantastic to see our team fully embrace the session, taking a well-deserved opportunity to reset and recharge.
